Very professional and informative

Great service

Consistently great service provided!

The customer service and technician went above and beyond to take care of my request.

I have dealt with Culligan before and I had a system for about 20 years when I moved. I really needed to get back in touch with Culligan. It’s nothing like having soft water is good for water coming through your washing machine through your pipes when you take a shower or a bath this city water is horrible. The best thing you can do is get a Culligan System just getting something to put on your shower or your kitchen sink just doesn’t do it going through your dishwasher. It would make it last longer washing your hair washing clothes you will use less Detergent less soap, you would save altogether years and won’t be dry. You won’t have that hard water on your appliances your tubs your sink it’s worth it if you don’t have a system and you’re thinking about it call Culligan there may be other companies out there, but I’ve always dealt with Culligan and being happy. Where they used to have to come all the time and put salt in my tank is filled, and I may not have to put salt back in for a year It’s more efficient. The tank that holds the salt is much smaller than what they used to be 20 years ago. I was very pleased with the way that they put it in. It wasn’t a messy job.

The installation of my water softener system was done excellently by Jeff and Zach. They answered my questions very well and clearly informed me about the products. I believe Culligan products are the best on the market.

Charles did a Quick and efficient job!

My husband and I were deeply impressed with the professionalism and care given and shown to us. Never have we known such service and dedication to giving the customer what they would have in their own homes and treat us as they would their family members. We enjoy how easy to understand, friendly and open everyone was with us and our many questions. Encouraging research and reflection over fear tactics. It stood out as exceptional and out of the ordinary in a positive manner that kept Culligan at the forefront of our conversations when deciding. If you meet Zach and Nate say hi! They are amazing at what they do for Culligan and are excellent examples of integrity in ones work.

The Company made an error....I called & Malaka Scott handled the issue with fairness, professionalism & efficiency. That's why I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Excellent equipment, dependable service, professional and friendly personnel, like Malocka Scott, who helped me set up delivery service.

Excellent serviceMalocka Scott is fantastic. She is just wonderful

We had our water softener and RO installed, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Zack, the installer was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was completed efficiently, and the work area was left clean and tidy afterward. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The system is working great, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. I highly recommend Culligan Ultrapure to anyone looking for a reliable and professional water softener, RO installations and any residential or commercial water needs!

I really appreciated the clarity of the Culligan process, from the initial testing and evaluation to the presentation of the available services and options. The installation was smooth and professional. Zach was particularly patient and methodical in explaining everything I needed to know, which gave me an added layer of confidence. I now feel not only in control of the system, but also informed about what I have and how it works. Using Culligan for my second home; I will use them again.

Highly recommend Zack of Culligan, indianapolis for installation or moving equipment.

Great water delivery experience. Customer service is easy to reach, and consistently respectful in all of my interactions over the last two years.

We have been with Culligan-Ultrapure for a while now and can't say enough praises about them. Their customer service team along with the delivery services, are the best. We really appreciate and enjoy when Warren delivers our order. He is very efficient, always calls to confirm how many we need, before bringing them in, not to mention how pleasant he is. We appreciate his great customer service along with Malocka who initially takes our order. The water products have such a good pure taste to it. I would highly recommend this water service to anyone. They are so reliable, which is very important for running a business. Thank you for being a great company and having the best working team of people.
